Mr. Conaway is the president and founding member of Earl E. Conaway, III, A Professional Law Corporation. His practice focuses on pursuing compensation for injury victims throughout the State of California, with a focus on motor vehicle accident victims, dog bite victims, catastrophic injury victims, and wrongful death victims.

Raised in the rustbelt of Cambridge, Ohio, Mr. Conaway’s upbringing instilled the values of hard work, loyalty, and empathy for others. He attended the prestigious Pennsylvania State University in University Park where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology. Upon his obtaining his undergraduate diploma in 2003, Mr. Conaway moved to the Central Coast of California in San Luis Obispo, where he clerked for a well-respected Plaintiff’s injury firm before attending Golden Gate University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Conaway clerked for the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office. Mr. Conaway later attended the University of Cape Town in South Africa, where he developed a passion for civil rights and a love for the courtroom.

Since opening his own law office in 2009 in San Luis Obispo, California, Mr. Conaway has taken numerous cases to trial in state court. Mr. Conaway has also handled several high profile civil, criminal, and appellate matters through final disposition in the California Supreme Court. Mr. Conaway’s passion remains in navigating injury victims through the complex court system and helping his clients receive maximum compensation for injuries caused by no fault of their own.

Mr. Conaway is licensed to practice law in all State Courts of California as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California.
